AQUABAC is a USEPA approved pesticide for controlling red worms and midgeflies in wastewater treatment. Sold in 5 gallon units. This can either be dripped into the head of your plant or before the clarifier, depending on where you have the problem. This is a highly effective technology. Initial treatment starts with adding 30 oz ounces per 100,000 gallons of water. This dose is metered into your system over a 2 to 3 day period. After a couple weeks back this dose down to 10 to 20 oz per 100,000 gallons. Apply this dose once per week until they are under control.
